The process begins by meeting with you and walking through your home, inside and out,
taking notes and photographs. We then prepare a comprehensive "to do" checklist and recommendations to make the house
an attractive showplace when shown to potential buyers. It is totally up to you on how much you want to do yourself.

After reviewing your consultation report, you may decide you need help. Let us help.
We will walk through your home one more time and prepare a detailed bid to creatively package and merchandise your home.
Photographs will be taken of each staged room that you and your Realtor can use to market your home. Each project will be
quoted, priced and submitted for your approval.
